The 2022 Demco 1100 is a high-capacity grain cart built for efficient harvest handling and dependable field performance.

The cart has a grain capacity of 1,100 bushels and is constructed with a heavy-duty steel frame for long-term durability. A powder-coat finish provides corrosion resistance and helps maintain the cart’s structural integrity over years of service. A front ladder and inspection platform allow for safe and easy access to the grain tank for load checks and maintenance.

It is equipped with a walking tandem undercarriage, which improves stability and reduces soil compaction, especially when operating in softer field conditions. Wide flotation tires further enhance ground pressure distribution for better performance during wet harvest seasons. The hitch height can be adjusted to fit a range of tractor setups.

The unloading system features a 20-inch auger designed for rapid grain transfer. The auger has a hydraulic folding mechanism for transport and storage, along with a hydraulic spout control to direct grain flow precisely into trucks or wagons. The auger’s positioning provides the operator with good visibility from the tractor seat during unloading.

Hydraulic functions control both the auger fold and spout, and all operations can be managed from the tractor cab. The cart includes an integrated scale system for accurate load monitoring, which is compatible with common harvest data collection and yield tracking systems.

Lighting and reflectors are included for road transport safety, and the ladder and platform are equipped with safety rails. The design prioritizes ease of operation, high throughput, and stable handling in a range of harvest conditions.
